It’s no secret that likkle Jamaica can make a joyful noise. With the loud cheers for Jamaica’s star athletes like Ussain Bolt, inspiring national pride and songs from the islands most gully sing-jays, we can forget that Jamaica is home to some pretty interesting sub-cultures. Leave it to 77Klash (a.k.a. Mikkel Burrows) and TRACE Magazine to sniff them out for you. Klash recently curated a story for TRACE’s Styles Ahead Issue on Jamaica’s virtually undocumented skate scene. Here’s the story and the pics that never made it into the book. Download TRACE’s Styles Ahead Issue. More pics after the jump. Photog Jamil GS.
